Our process is almost completely opposite of what most asset and property managers use. Most managers call their contractors, schedule a job walk, review bids, revise bids, award and then schedule for completion. Our process puts the power back in the managers hands. First we evaluate the asset to determine what is truly wanted and needed. We use that information to provide options for our customers based on their budget and asset strategy. Then we’ll write the bid package and solicit bids from pre-approved contractors that are familiar with the scope, materials and processes. This ensures we have “apples to apples” bids the first time.
