Project Overview:
This project was a roof restoration on a retail property in Tucson, AZ. The owner contacted SCS to review the insurance company’s assessment of roof damage caused by hail. SCS then created a scope for the repairs needed. This included the procurement of bids and project management through the construction process. The existing roof was a spray polyurethane foam (SPF) with acrylic coating. We designed a scope that used SPF around all the penetrations and an acrylic coating over the entire roof.
